CAN I RESERVE YOUR SERVICE FOR OUT OF TOWN TRIPS?

Yes, any inquiries that require out of town services can be quoted and discussed with a call or email

IS SMOKING ALLOWED ON ANY VEHICLES BOOKED THROUGH MCL?

Smoking will not be allowed within any of our vehicles.

CAN I RESERVE TRANSPORTATION FOR A MULTI-DAY TRIP?

Yes, mutli-day trips can be discussed and planned over a call or email. MCL will plan thoroughly within your trips' needs to accommodate properly.

DOES THE CITY OF CHICAGO MANDATE SECURITY WITHIN VEHICLES THAT CONTAIN A BIGGER GROUP SETTING?

Security is required for bigger groups when booking. This will be provided through a fee. The pricing will be discussed before your final quote is presented to you.

DOES MCL PROVIDE CAR SEATS TO CHILDREN THAT WILL BE PRESENT?

If you do have children boarding with you, please bring that to our attention. MCL will provide proper car seating to infants and/or toddlers. We want to provide the environment and safety to your family.

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR ANY WAIT TIME?

Yes, you will be charged a wait time fee once the agreed upon time passes 15 minutes.

WHERE CAN I VIEW MCL'S VEHICLE SELECTION?

You are able to view our vehicle selection through the Our Vehicles tab. If you are looking for a vehicle that isn't present, give us a call or email and we can accommodate. 

HOW AM I ABLE TO SECURE MY SERVICE REQUEST THROUGH MCL?

To secure your spot with us, a 50% deposit is required. 

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AMOUNT OF HOURS THAT IS REQUIRED TO BOOK?

To book a service with us 3 hours is required. Weddings will require a 4 hour minimum to book.

WHAT IS THE PROPER WAY TO DEAL WITH UNSATISFACTORY RELATED TO MY SERVICE?

We expect a call immediately from customers that notice something unpleasant with their service or an hour after. 
If any inconveniences occur out of our control such as air condition failure, engine over heating, or flat tire before your service, you will be issued a full refund. However, if you are still wanting to move forward with your trip including the inconvenience, no refund will be charged. Due to you willingly wanting to continue with our service, with the inconvenience being present. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY VEHICLE IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE DUE TO ENGINE/MECHANICAL FAILURE PRIOR TO THE TRIP?

Vehicles are subject with the possibility to break down, you will be given a ride similar in passenger quantity to accommodate to the inconvenience.
